Core body temperature has a lot to do with how well you sleep.
Your temperature can effect your quality of your sleep.
Body temperatures fluctuate during sleep and can cause interruptions to your sleep patterns.

Perfect Blanket
It's amazing how this fleece always feels "just right". You don't seem to ever feel too warm inside or cold outside. Ideal for sleeping and not waking up during the night to kick off the blankets to cool down. Definitely a great product.
