Janice is incredibly responsive and great to work with. She helped to make a custom fit for my mini eskie who suffers from heat seizures. Living in the south, it's imperative that I have a product to keep him cool on walks. It really works!

Outstanding quality and craftsmanship. Janice did beautiful custom work on my beagle’s coat so that it would fit him correctly. It’s light weight, easy to put on and take off. My beagle is highly opinionated about dog coats but he LOVES this coat.! He doesn’t have an undercoat but was not cold at all. The phase change fabric worked great in keeping him warm in freezing weather. I highly recommend this coat.

The K9 sports coat isn't just attractive; it's thoughtfully cut to permit full range of movement and, most importantly, It functions exceptionally well as a cooling coat. So far, it has successfully maintained my dog's core temperature below 39 degrees Celsius during moderate activity in ambient temperatures of up to 28 degrees Celsius. I find it works better than coats that cool by evaporation, especially in hot, humid conditions. Next time, I may opt for a made to measure coat to get the girth straps snugger and the tummy panel length a little longer; this would make sure the coat keeps my lean, low slung dog dry in wet weather. Overall, I am very pleased with the cooling functionality of the coat. I would recommend it to anyone with a dog who is at risk of overheating due to their age, health or lifestyle. As for me, I'm considering a cooling blanket for use in the car. crate and in my dog's bed!

The coat is not just attractive to look at; it's exceptionally well cut, allowing full range of movement. It keeps my dog's temperature below 39.5 degrees celcius (103 degrees farenheit) during light exercise on hot summer days. Knowing what I know now, I wish I'd bought a custom coat as this would have made it possible to get the lengths of the tummy panel and girth straps just right for my long, lean small breed dog. Overall, I recommend this coat to anyone looking for a good quality warming/cooling coat, whether they have an active/working/sports dog or a pet who struggles with overheating due to their age, build o health issues.

I just received my custom Zentek coat and it is PEERFECT!! It fits my dog so well and she loves wearing it because it's lightweight and the fabric doesn't trouble her at all. This is my third Zentek coat in about 15 years. Each has lasted a very long time and kept my dogs dry and comfortable. They also look very handsome. THis time, Janice included a detachable 'snood' - a substantial collar - that can be worn in heavy rain to keep my dog's neck and part of her head dry. And for a city dog who's not too fond of very wet weather, this is a special gift. Highly recommend Zentek. So worth the investment!!
