We have now improved the design of the Insoles as we are starting to sell to the military. In extreme temperatures -20F to 100F they will keep your feet comfortable at 83F. Even on a 14 mile hike. Or a 100 mile race. We are your support staff.. just keeping up with your needs. We have added an XS size for women 4-5 size feet. As well as the 6-9 womens and the 6-10 mens insole.
